Reservation Policy:

At Salon Voda, our priority is your satisfaction with every visit. Whether you're a new guest seeking a transformative change or a returning client with specific concerns about past hair experiences, we encourage you to schedule a complimentary 10-15 minute consultation with your stylist. This consultation ensures that we accurately assess your needs, provide a precise quote, and align our efforts with your desired results.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments at Salon Voda are meticulously reserved for you, our valued client. We understand that life's demands sometimes necessitate schedule adjustments, and we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hour notice for any cancellations. This policy reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service to both our existing and future clientele.

Our 48-Hour Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for your understanding that missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice deprive others of the opportunity to receive services and disrupt our scheduling efficiency. To maintain fairness and uphold our commitment to exceptional service, we enforce the following policy:

  • Notification provided at least 48 hours before your appointment incurs no charges.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • "No shows" or appointments canceled with less than 1 hour's notice will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • For appointments scheduled within the 24-hour period, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time to avoid a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

This policy enables us to accommodate standby clients, maintain the productivity of our team, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone at Salon Voda.

Confirmation and Check-In:

As a courtesy, we will send email reminders two business days before and text reminders one business day before your scheduled appointment. However, please understand that ultimately, it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment to avoid any inconvenience or fees.

To optimize your salon experience, we recommend arriving 5-15 minutes before your appointment time. While we strive to adhere to schedules, occasional delays may occur due to the unique requirements of each client's hair. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

Salon Parking:

We have a parking garage for our clients. It is off republican St. between boren and Terry Ave N. The garage is adjacent to the Moxy Hotel. There is a sign that says the garage is full but it still should be available for clients of Salon Voda. Please bring in your reciept for 2 hour validation. 

 

Medical Concerns:

Your well-being is paramount to us. If you have any skin, scalp, or other medical concerns that may impact your salon experience, please inform our front desk or your stylist. We are committed to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction throughout your visit.
